Why do you need two weeks notice? Each cookie is carefully and lovingly hand-crafted and that takes time. Creating unique designs is labor intensive and some cookies require multiple layers that can require hours of dry time in between. There is also coordination of shipping. Cookies should be completely dry before packaging. I strive to get orders delivered one week ahead of your due date when possible.
-
How many designs can I get?Great question! Our minimum order is one dozen cookies, and we offer up to 4 different designs per dozen!
-
How long do cookies stay fresh? Each cookie is heat sealed and can stay fresh in their packaging for up to 3 weeks if left unopened. I've had customers wait up to 4 weeks to eat and had great results.
-
Can I freeze the cookies?Yes! You can freeze decorated cookies for 4-6 months. Leave them in their heat seal and store them in an airtight container in the freezer. The trick is to let them defrost completely in the container before removing them. If you remove them too quickly that can cause condensation and the icing colors may bleed and lose texture.
-
Do you ship?I ship anywhere in the United States. Standard USPS shipping rates apply. If you are local you are welcome to pick up your cookies and avoid shipping costs.
-
What if I don’t like them, can I get a refund?Unfortunately, we cannot refund your cookies. If you are unhappy with your order, we will gladly do a re-do or offer you store credit.
-
What happens if my cookies break during transit?Erika, our shipping manager, takes every precaution to make sure that your cookies are packaged safely and securely in their box. Once they leave our facility we let go and leave it up to the cookie Gods. It is out of our hands. We cannot provide a guarantee on cookies damaged during transit.

Why are they so expensive?Creating custom cookies is highly labor intensive and complex. There are many steps involved and hours of design prep. From making and baking the dough cutting the shapes. Making the royal icing, blending colors and different consistencies. This is why it is considered sugar artistry. Anything custom or considered a boutique item is always going to be a bit more that what you would find at your local grocery store. Also, the ingredients are generally of higher quality. Not to mention packaging and shipping costs. Making cookies is a labor of love and we appreciate you supporting our small business,
-
Do you only sell sugar cookies? We sell our signature sugar cookies, chocolate sugar cookies and funfetti sugar cookies. We are working on other combinations and varieties that we home to soon make available.
-
Do you make low fat or gluten free cookies?I have been working on a gluten free recipe. My hope is to launch this option in 2024.

What about shipping delaysPlease note that we are not responsible for shipping delays. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Should you have any concerns, please email us and we will do our best to resolve any issues. When possible, I ship cookies early to avoid delays or late deliveries. I make every effort to have cookies delivered one week ahead when possible.
